PROSPECT PROCESS
Estimator first; Client conversion later
The taxpayer creates or resumes a Prospect account, completes the AWS Estimator, and appears in the assigned practitioner's My Prospects queue. The practitioner later accepts, declines, or explicitly converts the Prospect to a Client.
1. Start securely
The public site creates only an attributed, practitioner-scoped launch.
2. Complete Estimator
Authentication, eligibility questions, answers, calculations, and PDF assets remain in AWS.
3. Professional review
The partner receives the Prospect in Case Workspace; no Client is created automatically.
DATA BOUNDARY

This microsite stores no Estimator answers, tax results, taxpayer credentials, PDFs, Client records, documents, or case activity.
